This is essentially an interactive database pertaining to a building model from which all disciplines can derive information, with the architects remaining at the helm in order to achieve seamless project coordination. This database updates itself automatically when changes occur and not only fast tracks the design documentation process, but eliminates the possibility of discrepancies.

While the production of standard building documentation and plans remains a staple of the work expected of our firm, we pride ourselves on the production of this work in a fast and efficient manner. The same intelligent building model is used as a basis for this, ensuring that no information ins lost through translating information between different software, or between different disciplines.

It must always be remembered that the drawings produced remain a representation of a larger building database, making it possible to produce construction drawings as well as associated intelligent schedules. In the aim of efficiency, it is also possible for multiple persons to work on a single building simultaneously. Each person therefore updating and rebuilding the central building database with their own personal and targeted modifications, essentially doubling or tripling speed of execution on a single set of drawings.
